Ardie Aquino’s passion for technology became evident after completing his studies at Bulacan State University Laboratory High School. Therefore, it was only natural for him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at the same university.

Ardie began his professional career in 2007 after completing his schooling. He joined CyberMetrics Corporation as a Software QA Engineer. He was able to learn by doing how to evaluate software programs and guarantee their quality in this capacity. Ardie soon demonstrated his expertise in the area, and his zeal and attention to detail were noted.

During his tenure at CyberMetrics, Ardie took on a part-time role as a college instructor at Angeles University Foundation, where he taught VB .NET.

Ardie accepted a new position with Accenture as a Software QA Engineer in 2010. His exposure to more diverse projects and clients in this job helped him hone his quality assurance abilities. He took on difficult problems head-on and worked with cross-functional teams to produce excellent software solutions in a short amount of time.

Ardie joined UST Global as a Senior Software Quality Analyst after working at Accenture for a year and a half in an effort to extend his perspective. He was able to work on a variety of projects and broaden his knowledge in other fields as a result of this shift. He was recognized as a great addition to the company for his rigorous commitment to quality assurance and his capacity to spot and address possible problems.

In 2012, Ardie was given the chance to work at a renowned software company Infor, that specializes in providing industry-specific business applications. He started up in the department of Research and Development – Global Financial Controller as a Senior Software Quality Analyst. Ardie was promoted to Team Lead, Quality Assurance in the Research and Development – Localization Services due to his excellent performance and leadership abilities.

Ardie assumed leadership of the entire QA operation. He was exceptional at coaching and mentoring his team members, assuring their professional development and establishing a team environment. Ardie was an adept at release management in addition to his typical QA responsibilities. He assumed control of the full release cycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and prompt deployments.

Ardie continuously produced high-quality software solutions during his time at Infor by putting in place effective quality control procedures. His attention to detail, along with his strong leadership and communication abilities, led to an improved user experience and increased product reliability.

Ardie Aquino has over sixteen years of expertise in the software industry and is currently Infor’s Team Lead for Quality Assurance. His track record of achievement, commitment to providing outstanding software solutions, and enthusiasm for continual improvement have cemented his status as a respected and significant pioneer in the field of quality assurance.
