A. FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY

Those who are interested to join the Board of BITES may indicate your response in the Registration Link. Once registered as a participant, will automatically be a member of BITES Inc.

There will be six (6) vacant positions.

B. VOTING GUIDELINES QUALIFIED VOTERS

A qualified voter must be physically present during the election.
Representation and proxy voting are NOT ALLOWED.

ELECTION METHOD AND SCHEDULE

• Casting of votes will be announced during the assembly.
• Voters can elect a maximum of 3 candidates.
• Qualified voters can only vote once.

BOARD OF ELECTION CANVASSERS

• Designated BITES Officers will serve as members of the Board of Election Canvassers.
• The composition of which will be announced during the general assembly.

TIE-BREAKER BETWEEN OR AMONG CANDIDATES

• In case of a multiple tie to get the last seat, casting and tallying of votes will be done again to break the tie between or among candidates to declare who will be officially included in the BITES Officers Board. For two candidates who are tied to get the last seat, a toss coin will be applied to determine the winner of the last seat.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The top six (6) candidates who garnered the most votes shall be declared winners on or before 1:00PM of July 20, 2023.
