Every 1st day of November annually, we commemorate the Solemnity of All Saints who were martyred for faith and lived their lives heroically.
All Saints’ Day can be celebrated by attending holy mass and prayers done in a very special way and are directly dedicated to the intercessors they believe in — which are the patron saints.
Patron saints are the chosen guardians over the areas of life such as occupation, illnesses, churches, and anything important to the society.
In line with today’s commemoration, November 1 (All Saints’ Day) and November 2 (All Souls’ Day) have been declared as special non-working holiday in the Philippines through the Proclamation No. 42 signed by the Philippine President.
We wish you a serene day, ka-CURSOR!
