Our Alumnus for the month of March is Mr. Carlo Angelo M. Lajos of Batch 2013.
Carlo Angelo M. Lajos was a man of many talents, with a skill set that made him an asset to any team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, he was a master of gray-box testing, able to detect bugs in software with ease. His problem-solving skills were unparalleled, and he enjoyed delving into the nitty-gritty details of code to understand why errors occurred during debug.
But Lajos wasn’t just a QA Engineer – he was also a skilled Developer, able to code proprietary vehicle software using C Language based on client specifications. He was well-versed in AUTOSAR Development, and always followed strict coding standards to ensure that his code was of the highest quality.
As a Project Leader, Lajos was a natural leader who knew how to motivate his team. He made sure that everyone had a fair workload, but also gave them challenging tasks that would help them grow in their jobs. And when faced with project deadlines, he was always calm and collected, analyzing the best course of action before executing his countermeasures.
Lajos had been with Tsukiden Global Solutions, Inc. for many years, starting as a Developer Intern before working his way up to Engineering Supervisor. He had extensive experience in Automobile ECU Development, and was also skilled in proprietary web development.
His technical skills were impressive, with a deep knowledge of operating systems like Microsoft Windows and Ubuntu, as well as a range of programming languages including C/C++/C#, CAPL, Python, PHP, and Visual Basic. He was also familiar with a range of SW Quality Assurance Tools, Developer Tools, and Project Management Tools like JIRA, GitHub, and KANBAN Boards.
Carlo Angelo M. Lajos was a true asset to any team he worked with, and his skill set was sure to take him far in his career.
