Michelle J. Aquino is an IT professional with a focus on details and a background in quality testing who is looking for a challenging position as a Quality Tester. Her goal is to ensure software perfection by putting her knowledge of manual testing, defect tracking, test execution, and test documentation to use. Through meticulous testing procedures, Michelle is dedicated to sustaining the highest levels of quality and consumer happiness. She enjoys working with cross-functional teams to find and fix software problems while continuously enhancing testing procedures for maximum efficacy and efficiency. Aquino was born in Navotas, Metro Manila, on June 30, 1987. She is married and a citizen of the Philippines. She speaks English and Filipino with ease. Michelle demonstrated her web design abilities during her November 2008 to March 2009 internship at Altrion Technologies in Quezon City. From 2004 until 2009, Michelle studied at Bulacan State University in the City of Malolos, where she received a BS in information technology.

Michelle has worked in the past, most recently with Amdocs in Taguig City as a Functional Test Engineer since October 2019. She has worked on developing test cases and test scenarios based on client specifications, coordinating testing requirements with the development team, and carrying out system acceptance testing, integration acceptance testing, and user acceptance testing in this capacity. She has in-depth understanding of campaign setup, courier flow, and CRM order creation. Michelle keeps regular status reports for team updates while also analyzing faults and offering insightful advice to the development team. Toad for Oracle, Oracle SQL Developer, Putty, SOAP UI, Postman, Smart CRM Application, HPE ALM Quality Center, and Microsoft Octane are among the testing technologies she is proficient with.

Michelle also spent December 2009 to March 2012 working as a Rate Developer at Quadrant Information Services Inc. in Makati City. She was in charge of creating programs, running QA tests, and maintaining the incident tracker. Additionally, Michelle’s responsibilities included submitting reports via the Incident Tracker, managing QA materials, and resolving customer issues. From September 2009 until December 2009, she worked as a Data Analyst at the same organization, where she was responsible for base rates encoding, product validation, and area assignment.
