The entire CICT community would like to extend its congratulations to the Open Soars team and their coaches, Mr. Gabriel Galang and Engr. Lester Phil Cruz for being one of the top ten finalists in the recent Samsung Create National Competition. The team is comprised of Ryka Austria, Richard James Bagay, Mary Queen Casaclang, Jeaysmie Digo, and Janniel Andrei De Jesus.
Samsung Create is a research-based event with the theme “Ideate to elevate: Unfold the future of the Filipinos using the latest global tech trends: Artificial Intelligence, Immersive/Metaverse, Robotics, and Network/Connectivity.” Its main objective is to encourage innovation by utilizing the latest tech trends to improve the Filipino lifestyle.
