Last August 24, 2023, the delegates of Bulacan State University College of Information and Communications Technology fought and hailed as the first-ever champions at the recently concluded Samsung Create – Ideate to Elevate Pitching Competition. The event was held at the Melchor Theater in the University of the Philippines – Diliman (UPD).
