The Office of the University Registrar released an announcement regarding the requirements for the printing of the new BulSU identification card.

Old students who have been issued an ID successfully last academic year are not necessarily required to re-upload their pictures and details for their student ID. It would only be OPTIONAL whether they want to update their information including their photo in their ID—or not.

Also, those who didn’t receive an ID last academic year because of some issues with their uploaded data, they should update their details in the portal in the given date.

The uploading of photos and other requirements can be done through the BulSU Student Portal from August 14-18, 2023 only. Failure to comply will result on the non-issuance of their Student ID.

𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘
1. One passport size picture. Other image sizes will not be printed.
2. Must be a .JPG file format only.
3. The maximum size is 1MB.
4. The picture must be taken at least 3 month prior to the date of uploading.
5. Old students are advised to wear the prescribed uniform, but are not required to do so.
5.5. New students (freshmen and transferees) are required to wear formal or semi-formal attire
6. White Background is a must.

𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘
1. The signature uploaded must be a transparent .PNG file format. Other file formats will not be printed
2. The signature must be clear and legible.
3. The image resolution should at least be 1024×768 pixels

𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗗𝘀
1. After the designated uploading date, the University Registrar will start to facilitate the processing of student IDs.
2. The students are not allowed to directly request their IDs on the Registrar’s Office.
3. Once finished, the Registrar’s Office will distribute the ID cards to their respective colleges/offices.
4. The Office of the University Registrar will not print any ID cards of students that are not currently enrolled in the university.

For those in urgent need of their ID cards, they may directly head to the Office of the Registrar along with the requirements, which are:
1. State their reason to why they urgently need an ID
2. Proof of the reason (E.G. Screenshot, Printed Screenshot, etc.)
3. Complete and Properly Formatted Images and Details on the Portal

The date of the release of the ID cards is yet to be announced
